How many seats does FHPAC have?

FHPAC has a total of 427 seats. 40 seats are in the Mezzanine and 387 seats are in the Orchestra level.

Are the performances reserved or general admission seating?

All ticketed performances at FHPAC are reserved seating. We offer no general admission public performance.

Where/how can I buy tickets?

You may purchase ticket online 24/7 via our website www.fhpac.org. Alternatively, you may call 585.412.6043 or visit our Box Office at 20 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424 during open hours – Tuesday through Friday 10am-4pm and 3-hours prior to performances. Box Office hours are subject to change on short notice. It is advisable call to ensure the Box Office is open.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All sales are final. FHPAC offers no refunds and no exchanges between shows. For shows that have multiple performances (i.e. Nutcracker) exchanges may be possible within the performance run. There is a charge of $4.00/ticket for this exchange.

Reseating is subject to availability and there is a charge of $4.00/ticket for this exchange.

May I give/sell my tickets to someone else?

Once you have purchased tickets for an event at FHPAC you may give or sell them to someone else.

Will Call and Electronic Tickets

Confirmation of ticket purchase and electronic tickets will be sent to you via email from our ticketing service ThunderTix. You may print the electronic ticket at home and bring with you to the performance. Just make sure you print the scannable bar code on the electronic ticket. There is no scannable bar code on the confirmation email.

You may carry your electronic tickets on a mobile device for scanning. Ensuring that your device screen is clean, and that the brightness is set to high will help our scanners to accurately scan your tickets. If our volunteers are unable to scan your tickets they will direct you to Will Call to have tickets printed.

You can always request tickets to be printed and waiting for you at Will Call by indicating this in the “Request Will Call” data field on the check-out screen when you purchase your tickets.

A word about the secondary ticket market.

The only official vender on tickets for FHPAC performances are the FHPAC Box Office (phone and walk-up sales) and ThunderTix (online sales). Various secondary ticket sellers operate legally in the State of New York. We recommend you avoid potential problems by buying your tickets through the FHPAC website www.fhpac.org or Box Office.

Where can I park?

FHPAC has limited on site parking. We have parking attendants before all performances and events to help facilitate parking. Please be cooperative with the FHPAC parking attendants – they are there to help you.

Please note that the entry to the parking lot is the second entry on the left on Fort Hill Ave.

Parking is also available on Fort Hill Ave and Main Street.

There is absolutely no parking in the Fort Hill Apartments Residents Lot. This is the parking immediately across from the front doors of FHPAC.

All parking on the FHPAC site, Fort Hill Ave, and Main Street is free.

Is FHPAC ADA accessible?

Yes, FHPAC is ADA accessible. We have 6 removable wheelchair seats with companion seats and 3 transfer seats where the arm rest lifts for ease of access. These seats are indicated with an icon on the seat map online. Please let us know in the Request Will Call data field or send an email to info@fhpac.org if you need a wheelchair seat removed.

There are 6 handicapped designated parking spaces in the rear of the building, adjacent to the handicapped ramp entrance. If you need handicapped parking and access, please let our parking attendants know when you arrive at the venue.

The elevator services all floors of the venue. It is possible to enter and transit throughout the building without encountering stairs.

The Mezzanine does not have handicapped seating and is not recommended for patrons with mobility issues. If you need a little extra assistance our parking attendants and front of house staff are happy to provide such – just let us know in advance.

FHPAC is equipped with a hearing assist system. If you wish to connect to your personal hearing devices via Bluetooth, you must bring your phone/controller with you. For those desiring enhancement without connecting via Bluetooth, we have neck loops available.

We ask that you leave a photo ID with the Box Office until you return the device.

Do you have a coat check?

No, FHPAC does not have coat check.

Am I allowed to photograph or record performances?

As a rule, no. Each artist has their own policy regarding photographs and recording. We ask that you come to enjoy the live performance experience.

What can’t I bring into the theatre?

Weapons, mace, illegal substances, backpacks & large bags, animals (except service animals), outside food and beverage.

Tailgating is NOT allowed in the parking lot.

Can I smoke at FHPAC?

FHPAC is a non-smoking facility. There is a designated outdoor smoking area near Fort Hill Avenue, across from the driveway exit.

Concessions

FHPAC has beverages and light snacks available for purchase. We offer wine, beer, hard seltzer, non-alcoholic beverages, chips, cookies, and other light snacks.

The concessions stand is open one hour prior to the performance and through intermission. We accept cash and credit cards.

Can I rent FHPAC for a private event?

Yes, FHPAC is a great place for your private event. We have hosted birthday parties, memorial services, informational events, enrollment events, and awards ceremonies. We will make every effort to realize your event the way you envision it. Please contact director@fhpac.org to inquire and arrange a meeting so that we can create a customized cost estimate for your event.

How do I book my band into FHPAC?

Contact Sueann Townsend at director@fhpac.org. FHPAC is available to rent for a self-presented performance. After assessing your needs, we will provide a customized cost estimate.

FHPAC presents a number of touring artists each year. Contact Sueann Townsend at director@fhpac.org to assess if your band is a good fit for presentation at FHPAC.
